TomTom Rider 450

Amazon ReviewsScores 4.5 out of 5 from 3 SportsBikeShop Reviewers.
The new TomTom Rider 450 replaces last years TomTom Rider 410 model, and adds lifetime worldwide maps as well as lifetime TomTom Traffic. It includes an exciting winding roads feature and bluetooth hand free calling. It also includes free lifetime speed camera updates. New for the TomTom RIDER 450 is smart screen sensitivity for gloves and black spot warnings. There's also a great feature called 'Ride Challenge Level' which chooses your route accordingly. If you're not fussed about worldwide maps then you could consider going for the Rider 420 or even Rider 42 model. If you're into your motorcycling and are looking for a great sat nav, then you won't go wrong with this. It will serve you well over the coming months and years, especially with the free lifetime map updates.

The Rider 450 comes with World maps. Some retailers are selling the Rider 420, which has the same specs but comes with European maps and no lifetime speed camera alerts (just a 3 month trial),
As the Rider 450 is new out, we'd expect it sell around the RRP of £349.99 for a few months. You might also find it a bit cheaper on eBay. Now we're into Autumn the price is coming down a little - we'd aim to pay no more than around £320.
